I cannot believe I have a 6th grader and a 4th grader in the house. Yikes. I’m not sure where the time has gone! Here are our curriculum picks for 2016-2017 for all subjects…


 

Our activity load was really heavy this past fall. This was great and all, but I’m grateful for a January that has fewer things on the calendar!

Here’s what we’ve got going on for our French routine right now…


 

…Yikes! That’s a tough bar to reach. Fortunately, I’ve also read stories of many people who have achieved bilingualism in much less time than that. Phew. I’m aiming for 20 hours per week because I figure that’s what they would get at French Immersion school, but I’m not panicking when we’re not there yet…

 

I’m super excited that my kids are finally starting to respond in French quite a bit throughout the day. I finally found a motivator that works for them…
